As good as all the fizz from this famous producer is (nee Pipers Brook), the stand-out is the very special rose. This is a subtle style, the colour is light-pale salmon pink and, even with the time that has already passed it has many heads ahead of it. Spice and floral notes, a hint of raspberry and finshing with zingy acidity. A crisp, refreshing, vibrant, stunning Tassie bubbly.
