Your privacy is of greatest importance to us. Pipers Brook Vineyard will NOT sell, distribute or release any of your personal details to any third party organisation. Your details, unless otherwise specified by you, will not be used for any other purpose other than for the use of your club membership and to advise you of products, events and special offers. The security of your sensitive information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted for your security.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• To retain my club membership and the associated benefits/discounts, I agree to purchase a minimum of 2 dozen bottles of Pipers Brook estate and Kreglinger wines in the first year of membership, in the months stipulated to me at the time of joining.
• I understand that I need to remain opted in to emails from Kreglinger Wine Estates to be kept updated on upcoming shipments.
• I understand that I can place my membership on hold or cancel by providing a written request to wineclub@kreglingerwineestates.com
• I understand that the RRP and discount levels and shipping months are subject to change.
• I understand that New Certan and Pipers Tasmania are not offered for club shipments, or discounts.
• I understand that not all vintages can be guaranteed for a club shipment, but we welcome members requests, so we can do our best to accommodate your requests whereever possible.
• I understand that within 2-4 weeks prior to delivery I will receive a pre-delivery notification by email of my upcoming shipment during which time I can elect to choose my own selection of wine or change my delivery. I also understand that if I do not make a selection within the time period specified in the pre-delivery notification, this will be recieved as acceptance that I will be sent a pre-selected mixed dozen of Pipers Brook estate and Kreglinger sparkling wines using the billing and shipping details on file at that time.
• I am 18 years or older.
• I accept that for delivery there must be a person 18 years or older present to sign. The wines I am purchasing are not for re-sale by a licensed person.
• Freight is free for all wine club subscription shipments.
• I authorise Pipers Brook Vineyard to debit my credit card with the cost of my wine deliveries each order period.
• I understand my discounts are only applicable to wine purchases and not merchandise sold online or at cellar door.
• If you have joined under the 'free bottle' promo, you will receive a free bottle from selected Pipers Brook Estate wines for your second club shipment, thus completing the minimum term of your club membership. You will be offered a number of options to select from at our discretion and we reserve the right to exclude wines in scarce supply or high demand.
