Go to: www.kreglingerwineestates.com and and click on LOG IN at the top right hand corner of the screen. Enter your username and password.
If you do know your login details please click on "forgot password" and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, and you can then sign in via the first instructions in step 1.
Alternatively you can email us at wineclub@kreglingerwineestates.com for assistance with this.
Once you have logged in succesfully, click on your name at the top right hand of the screen and this will take you to the members only area of your account. From here please double check your address details, and then click the following options: MY MEMBERSHIP, and once the new page loads, click on WINE SELECTION.
In the month leading up to your shipment date, you will see a list of wines become available with drop down boxes for you to choose the quantities of your preferred wines. If there is no list showing on this page, it means we are still getting your options together, so hang tight and we'll be sure to have them ready for you soon.When your options are live, you will see something like this:
Select and save your wine selection by using the drop down boxes and clicking submit at the bottom of the page. There is a minimum order of 12 bottles, and you can order up to 72 bottles if you would like to make the most of the free freight and your member discount.
Selecting your wines will not incur any charges to your credit card, we will process payments around 2 weeks prior to your shipment month, but this will all be outlined in the reminder emails you will receive leading up to your shipment.
You won't receive an invoice or receipt at this time, as we will not process payment until after the cut off date.
To retain your membership, you have committed to purchasing a minimum of 12 bottles, twice per year in your Cru Club shipments, where you can save the most on our premium ranges of wines. However, if you wish to order outside of these times, you are still entitled to a 30% discount on the RRP of our full range of wines, including Ninth Island and Norfolk Rise. Here are instructions on how to do this outside of your shipments. Please remember, wines purchased outside of your shipments do not count toward your minimum membership purchases.
Log in to your account as per the above instructions and click on shop to browse the range. Add your preferred wines to your cart. Please note, the prices that will show are the recommended retail prices, and do not reflect your 30% discount.
When you have selected all your preferred wines, click on: cart>view cart on the top right hand of your screen.
You will then be able to select your shipping state to calculate any applicable freight costs, you'll see your club discount apply and you may follow the prompts to complete your order by paying for your wines. If you have logged in, and no discount is applying to your order, please contact us via wineclub@kreglingerwineestates.com
Please note, you are always welcome to place your club shipment selection, or orders outside of this time via an email, or via telephone.
