Delivery information.

Please be advised that our orders are collected for dispatch on Thursdays each week. From then, please expect around 3-5 working days for most areas. If you live in a rural area, please allow up to 10 working days. Tracking will be provided for each order upon dispatch, but you are welcome to contact us at for assistance with tracking your order at any time. 

Where we can deliver.

Delivery is not available to any postcodes within the Northern Territory at this time. In line with our commitment to the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), there are some postcodes in Australia to which we do not deliver under any circumstances. We deliver Australia wide, except to designated Dry Areas, areas outside of the delivery network of Australia Post and to places where we are not licensed to supply alcohol.

How we deliver.

We utilise the Australia Post network to dispatch your orders. By default, all orders will be set to signature upon delivery. If you wish to have the order left in a safe place, you can provide special instructions on where you want your parcel left. A person under 18 years of age cannot receive the delivery on your behalf and we reserve the right to refuse delivery of your order to a person aged under 18 years (we may require satisfactory proof of age to be produced upon request). Pipers Brook Vineyard/Kreglingerw Wine Estates is not responsible for any loss resulting from late delivery when satisfactory proof of age is not provided.

Pipers Brook Vineyard/Kreglinger Wine Estates is not responsible for goods that are left unattended at your request, or goods that remain unclaimed as a result of failing to contact the carrier after receiving a calling card.

Payment information.

We accept payment via Via, Mastercard and Amex at this time. Credit card details are held by our payment gateway service provider. 

Cancelled orders.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via and we can arrange this for you with a refund. If we receive your cancellation request before your order has shipped, we will refund it immediately. If the wine has already shipped, the refund will be processed once the order has been received back to us. You may request a cancellation by replying to your confirmation email, or email us at -


We will our best to accommodate change of mind returns, but these are assessed on a case by case basis, for quality control and traceability. 

Damaged/missing orders.

Please contact us if your order appears to be missing, extremely late, or damaged in transit and we will be pleased to assist -
